Bhagavadgeeta - Adhyaya 10
Chapter #: 10
BG: Krishna explains in below two slokas what all he created.
Krishna Says: "From me alone arise the varieties in the qualities amongst humans, such as intellect, knowledge, clarity of thought, forgiveness, truthfulness, control over the senses and mind, joy and sorrow, birth and death, fear and courage, non-violence, equanimity, contentment, austerity, charity, fame, and infamy."

ಭವಂತಿ ಭಾವಾ ಭೂತಾನಾಂ ಮತ್ತ ಏವ ಪೃಥಗ್ವಿಧಾಃ .. 10-5
Arjuna then wonders: Why are there so many negative things in his creation, when we think God should create only positive things. Does that mean God is able to do bad or negative things. But according to Vedanta - Good and Bad, Positive or negative : is ಸಾಪೇಕ್ಷ (Relative and not absolute or universal).

BG: Arjuna further asks to let him know in which form he is best seen, in form he can be best understood so he can try that way.
In below two slokas Arjuna says: "Please describe to me your divine opulences, by which you pervade all the worlds and reside in them. O Supreme Master of Yog, how may I know you and think of you. And while meditating, in what forms can I think of you, O Supreme Divine Personality?"

BG:
Krishna hints that, its impossible to explain every bit of his glories but what he tried conveying was just a glimpse of the surface because his manifestations are indescribable through mere words (ವಚನಾತೀತ). Chapter #: 10
Chapter Name: Vibhuti Yoga ( ವಿಭೂತಿಯೋಗಃ)
Total verses (slokas) in this chapter: 42
Adhyaya - 10, Vibhuti Yoga Chapter of Gita (here after referred as BG) - is more like a continuation of Chapter-7 - Sloka #4-6 (ParaPrakruti, AparaPrakruti and his manifestations). He details which places has his powers because Arjuna wants to know more about Krishna's specific forms to be able to worship him properly. In this chapter Krishna expounds further on his infinite glories, with the desire to increase Arjun’s bhakti. Hence the name because Vibhuti means "ಅವಿರ್ಭಾವದ ಶಕ್ತಿ". God is both "Saguna" and "Nirguna". It is easy to realize him in Saguna bhava to common people who are unable to understand him in his Nirguna bhava.
BG:
Krishna Opens this chapter in a endearing tone saying "Listen again to my divine teachings, O mighty armed one. Desiring your welfare because you are my beloved friend, I shall reveal them to you"

Lord Krishna reveals that whatever is glorious, wonderful and majestic that is pre-eminently distinguished by the qualities of grandeur, beauty and power should be known to arise from just a fraction of His almighty splendour.

Krishna hints that, its impossible to explain every bit of his glories but what he tried conveying was just a glimpse of the surface because his manifestations are indescribable through mere words (ವಚನಾತೀತ). "There is no end to my divine manifestations, O conqueror of enemies. What I have declared to you is a mere sample of my infinite glories."
